Mission Statement

Open science tools and approaches are central to the development and communication of trustworthy data science. I have taught literate programming, version control and other reproducibility practices across a variety of contexts. I also regularly contribute to the wider R community, including various templates and talks about ggplot2 and Quarto. My research includes work on frameworks and software for transparent and legible data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis and visualization.
