Mission Statement

I am Professor of Education and Educational Psychology and the speaker of the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre SHARP (Simulation-Based Learning in Higher Education. Advancing Research on Process Diagnostics and Personalized Interventions, TRR419). Through my leadership, I am committed to fostering openness, rigor, and reproducibility in research at SHARP and beyond. I look forward to closely collaborating with the LMU Open Science Center. For instance, I encourage our PhD candidates and postdocs to take part in the OSC’s training programs. The research groups at our Chair will benefit greatly from consultations.
