Laura Meier

Mission Statement

I am a member of the Research Data Management (RDM) Information Team at the University Library of LMU Munich, with a background in Informatics and Library and Information Science. I am committed to strengthening Open Science practices as an integral part of research. Through my work at the library and as a certified instructor with The Carpentries, I teach skills for effective research data management, with a particular focus on data management planning. Together with my colleagues, we develop and provide services, tools, and infrastructure that promote Open Science and support researchers and students throughout the research data lifecycle.
